Tallinn Learning is an IT school offering career-track courses — QA Manual, QA Automation, Java Developer, and English for IT. The site needed to sell several distinct courses, each with its own audience and content, while staying recognizably one school across both an English and a Russian version.
Bilingual Design

The site was built in both English and Russian from the start, with a language toggle rather than two disconnected sites — keeping the same structure and visual system across both versions.
Result

A complete, bilingual multi-course website that launched and ran under this design. The client changed the site's design about a year after handoff — the version shown here reflects the original design as delivered.
Bringing It to Life

I built the approved design on Wix, translating the course landing pages, illustrations, and bilingual structure into a live, responsive site.
Illustration

Beyond layout and UI, I created the custom illustrations used throughout the site — from the profession-focused hero graphics to the icon sets used across the advantages and "who this is for" sections — giving the school a distinct, approachable visual identity rather than relying on stock imagery.
Structure

I designed the full site: a shared homepage introducing the school and its course tracks, and a dedicated landing page for each course (QA Engineer, QA Automation, Java Developer), plus an About page covering the school's team and values. Each course page follows a consistent structure — audience fit, program advantages, how the training works, curriculum, career support, and pricing — so a prospective student moving between courses always knows where to find what they need, even though the content itself differs by track.

About me and Services

I’m Tamara, a web designer and developer creating thoughtful digital experiences for businesses and brands.

My work combines visual design, UX and development to create websites that are not only distinctive, but clear, functional and built to support business goals.

From the first structure to the final responsive layout, I stay involved throughout the process — turning ideas into websites that are ready to grow.
Web Design
I design websites that balance visual impact with clear structure and intuitive user experience. Each project starts with understanding your goals, audience, content and brand — then turning them into a distinctive visual language and a clear user journey.
From information architecture and wireframes to visual design and responsive layouts, I focus on creating websites that are easy to navigate, communicate value clearly and support your business goals.
Tilda / Webflow / Wix / Flexbe
I design and develop modern, responsive websites — from compact landing pages to complex multi-page platforms. My approach combines strategic structure, clean layouts, and smooth interactions, ensuring that your website is both functional and visually compelling. Every detail — from typography to mobile optimization — is carefully considered, so your site looks professional and works seamlessly on any device.
Brand Identity
I create visual identities that give brands a clear and consistent visual language across digital and print. Starting from the core idea, I develop logos, typography, color palettes, graphic elements and supporting visuals that work together as a cohesive system.
The goal is not simply to make a brand look distinctive, but to create a visual identity that communicates its character, builds recognition and works consistently across websites, social media, advertising and printed materials.
